The VoicePlug Story
VoicePlug develops proprietary deep learning models for voice commerce and builds specialized Voice-AI solutions for Voice Order Taking and Voice Shopping. Files multiple patents with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
VoicePlug’s Phone AI solution was commercially launched, and pilot programs were signed with two regional brands.
VoicePlug launches VOICEpod, its custom hardware solution for AI at the drive-thru. The DriveThru AI solution debuts with a pilot program signed with a major national brand.
VoicePlug’s multiple patent applications related to "Deep Neural Network Voice-AI for Human Computing Interfaces” approved and published by US PTO.
After successful results from the initial 3 locations, Olga’s Kitchen deploys VoicePlug’s Phone AI solution at all its locations. Rusty's Pizza also chooses VoicePlug’s PizzaVOICE AI solution for all its locations following a successful pilot.
4 national/regional Pizza chains and 2 national QSR brands choose VoicePlug's AI solution to automate take-out and drive-thru orders at all their locations. For the second year in a row, VoicePlug is named one of the Top Restaurant Technology Startups by the Restaurant Technology Network.
