  • Good Communication Skills in English
  • Take live calls during US timezone and make interventions wherever necessary.
  • Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency.
  • Benchmark calls on various performance parameters and work on a continuous improvement plan for making the operations more effective.
  • Coordinate between different individuals and supervisors as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow.
  • Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management.
  • Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good Knowledge with Tools like confluence and G-suite is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management tools
  • Diligent documentation skills
  • An ability to drive to goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
