- Good Communication Skills in English
- Take live calls during US timezone and make interventions wherever necessary.
- Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency.
- Benchmark calls on various performance parameters and work on a continuous improvement plan for making the operations more effective.
- Coordinate between different individuals and supervisors as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow.
- Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management.
- Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good Knowledge with Tools like confluence and G-suite is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools
- Diligent documentation skills
- An ability to drive to goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
